• Modify pig availability based on seasonal and herd conditions.
• Adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice to regular clients.
• Refuse service at our discretion in cases of misuse or non-compliance.

3 Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required to confirm large or export orders.
• Final payment is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4 Delivery and Risk

Risk of loss or damage to pigs passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection. Grace Lawn Enterprise is not liable for losses arising from conditions beyond our control including but not limited to transportation delays, natural disasters, or disease outbreaks after delivery.

5 Quality Assurance

We are committed to supplying healthy, quality-certified animals. Complaints regarding product quality must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve all legitimate quality concerns promptly and fairly.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Grace Lawn Enterprise and is protected under applicable Nigerian and international copyright laws. Reproduction without express written consent is prohibited.
